Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

How to return your order

  1. Start your return through our returns portal using your order details and email address.
  2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and choose whether you prefer a refund, store credit, or an exchange (if available).
  3. Follow the return instructions shown in the portal and wait for return approval, if required.
  4. Prepare your parcel: place the item(s) in the original box or in a solid carton box and tape it securely.
  5. Ship your return according to the instructions provided. We recommend keeping proof of sending until the process is completed.

Important: Please begin all returns through our returns portal before sending any item back. Returns sent without a prior request may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return conditions

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.
  • Returns may be refused if these conditions are not met.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm acceptance by email. Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but approved refunds are processed as quickly as possible after inspection.

Original shipping charges are excluded from refunds, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Store credit

You may choose store credit instead of a refund during the return process. Once your return is received and approved, the amount will be issued as credit for a future order.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used across our online store.

This is a flexible option if you would prefer to select a different piece at a later time.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned item and are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative or request a refund.

Sale periods

Our standard return and exchange policy applies during sale periods as well, unless otherwise stated. All return conditions remain the same.

International returns & customs

For international returns, please follow the instructions provided through the returns process and ensure all shipment information is completed correctly.

Customs duties, import taxes, or related charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. These costs vary by country and are outside our control.

If a parcel is refused due to duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for any related charges, return costs, and handling fees.

We cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.
